PuzzleReveal – Privacy Policy

PuzzleReveal (the "App") is a mobile game developed by Ali Mert Güleç ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data is collected when you use the App and how it is used.

Data We Collect

  • Anonymous player ID: No account is required. A random, anonymous identifier is created via Firebase Authentication to save your progress. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
  • Gameplay data: Level progress, scores, in-game currencies, and settings are stored on your device and on Google Firebase (Firestore) servers.
  • Advertising data: Ads are served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers (e.g. IDFA/GAID, IP address) for ad delivery and fraud prevention. Depending on your consent, ads are served in personalized or non-personalized form.
  • Purchase data: In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play. We never access your payment card details; only the store receipt is processed to validate a purchase.
  • Analytics: Firebase Analytics may be used for app stability and usage statistics.

The App uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Advertising Consent (GDPR / CCPA)

Users in the European Economic Area and similar regions are shown a consent dialog on first launch. You may decline personalized ads, in which case only non-personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the Settings screen inside the App.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Data Retention and Deletion

Gameplay data is retained for as long as the anonymous account is active. To request deletion of your data, email info@alimertgulec.com and we will fulfil the request within 30 days. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
